Apr. 30-May 1 – Vallejo Opener. This is the largest inland yacht race in the area. It is a beautiful sight to see on the first day as the colored spinnakers fill the Bay and string out all the way to Vallejo. The second day, the slowest boats leave first as they all race for the finish near the San Rafael Bridge. It’s a great day to ride a ferry to Vallejo.
